• Analyze and propose new Martech technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, CDP, CMS) to enhance SEO, Paid Ads, and Digital Marketing campaign efficiency.
• Research trends like marketing automation, personalization, and redirect management to develop breakthrough solutions.

• Design and develop tools such as SEO/Paid Ads automation platforms, redirect management systems, and AI-integrated CDPs.
• Apply technologies (microservices, API, cloud) to manage operations at scale (tens of thousands of websites).

• Ensure Martech solutions comply with the Core Framework and integrate with SCM, E-Procurement, and T&E systems.
• Support the Software Architecture team in building APIs, microservices, and technical documentation.

• Develop prototypes and pilot solutions across subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with the Low Code/No Code and DevOps teams to deploy within 4–8 weeks.

• Analyze campaign data (SEO, Paid Ads) to recommend improvements.
• Ensure all solutions comply with GDPR, Privacy Sandbox, and other security standards.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields.

• 3–5 years in R&D, preferably in Martech (SEO, Paid Ads, Digital Marketing).
• Deep knowledge of Martech technologies: AI/ML, CDP, CMS, and automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
• Experience in large-scale solution development (websites, customer data, marketing campaigns).
• Hands-on with No Code, Low Code platforms, n8n, and CMS.

• Proficient in programming (Python, JavaScript, C#) and designing microservices/MicrofrontEnd.
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), APIs (REST, GraphQL), and databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), Paid Ads platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and redirect management.

• Creative thinking, independent research ability, and complex problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Experience with large-scale deployments across multiple systems or subsidiaries.
• Relevant certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Analytics, or AI/ML-related.
