AIM OF THE JOB:

To perform day-to-day M&E Operation of the Shopping Mall, watchkeeping exercise in the duty outsource team.

Key Areas Of Responsibility

1/ To supervise employees in the team for attendance at work and quality of job performance.

2/ To control closely the consumption of material by tradesmen of the section.

3/ Familiar with all operation machineries' and ensure their normal operation.

4/ To attend any fire alarm when it raises out.

5/ Deploy and lead the team in day-to-day to work.

6/ Keep proper records of Work-order and tools.

7/ To supervise closely all applicable rules of safety on the work place.

8/ Duty Engineer to be able to handle the routine meeting within All duty Technician in order to have a complete understanding Company policies relating to Fire safety, Health and hygiene.

Job Requirements

• Polytechnic University or Vocational College graduates in Air-conditioning or Mechanical or Electrical.
• 3 to 5 years in Air-cond or Electrical Controller or Mechanical or Electrical installation.
• 1 to 2 years in supervisory / operation
• M&E knowledge
• Basic Fire Fighting knowledge.
• Able to use most of communicate M&E tools.
• Able to write and speak English.
• Firm and tactful.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Basic knowledge on Building Automation System and certain M&E services.
