1. Commercial Visual Merchandise
- Daily analysis based on sales reports to identify strategy to maximize the revenue
- Gather feedback from the Commercials and Retail supervisor on the week’s proposals and make improvements
- Propose shopfloor layout with new items based on the brand’s guideline
- Create and adapt a visual merchandising collection
2. Operation
- Be responsible for supervising daily tasks of goods.
- Customer servicing following standard operating procedures
- Assist Retail Supervisor in controlling the implementation of merchandising plan for existing brands
- Supervise, monitor, and perform inventory management activities
- Supervise retail operational activities in the assigned sections covering protection of company assets,
- Responsible for the order, return, and restocking of assigned sections.
- Recruit, Supervise, control, train and give input on a performance reviews of subordinating staff, enhance skills
- Prepare daily manpower and ensure staff working in the right areas
- Follow up with staff during the shift to ensure the delivery of the best customer service for all customers
- Monitor the safety of the customers and employees and security at the store.
- Guarantee the adequate induction and follow up on training for new team members
- Organize and manage duty roster effectively, maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality on daily basic & during peak season, holiday
- Always be present and back up your team in case of conflicts and timely report to Retail Supervisor.
- Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors.

Yêu cầu công việc
- University/College graduates, preferably majoring in fashion, customer service, commercial…
- At least 1- 2 years experience in customer service industries: fashion retail, hospitality, food & beverage…
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (4 skills).
- Excellent self-management skills, open-minded, eager to communicate, learn and practice leadership.
- Willing to work in shifts.
