Building and developing the Direct Sales team: Recruiting, training, and developing the direct sales team, ensuring the team operates efficiently and achieves set sales targets.
Recruit, train, and develop the sales team: Ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales team, including recruitment, training, and career development for staff.
Leading and inspiring the team: Ensuring a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, and fostering sales skills development within the team.
Key Account orientation: Developing strategies focused on key accounts, building strong relationships with major companies, and driving revenue growth from strategic customers.
Build and develop relationships with key clients: Identify and develop potential customers in the region.
Collaborate and coordinate with other departments: Work closely with other teams such as operations, marketing, and finance to ensure effective implementation of business plans
Managing and optimizing the sales process: Building and optimizing the sales process for the Direct Sales team, ensuring all sales activities are consistently and effectively implemented.
Developing business strategies: Analyzing the market and the needs of key customers, creating business strategies to maximize revenue and expand Ahamove’s market share in the Northern region.
Reporting and performance analysis: Monitoring and reporting key business metrics, making timely adjustments to achieve development goals.
Job requirement
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field; master's degree is advantageous.
At least 5 - 7 years of experience in a similar position
Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and innovative thinking.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
