Verify resignation documents and re- signing from departments to ensure timely processing.
Check and process data related to performance bonuses and allowances.
Organize, classify, and manage personnel files.
Assist in addressing employee inquiries.
Review the monthly attendance and payroll of partners.
Perform other assigned tasks.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports.

Education level, certification:
Age: 23- 30 years old
College or University degree: Priority formajor related to Human Resources Management
Experience:
At least 02 years working with the familiar responsibility
Knowledge about Labor code, Insurance, PIT and other law andregulation relating to HR Field: C&B
Good Skill relating to calculating Payroll, PIT, Insurance....
Individual Characteristics:
Good written and verbalcommunication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
High sense of responsibility inconfidential matter
Good at computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point...)
Communication with calm,effectively, out- going, sense of humor, friendly and open- minded
Languages, computers, etc...
Be able to work under high pressure
