About the job:

We are seeking an experienced Art Lead to join our creative team. The Art Lead will be responsible for overseeing the visual direction of our digital campaigns, ensuring that all creative output aligns with our brand identity and meets the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of visual design principles, and a passion for creativity and innovation.

Responsibility:

• Lead and mentor the creative design team
• Develop and maintain the visual style and brand identity across all campaigns
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and other team members to conceptualize and execute campaign ideas
• Review and provide feedback on all design work to ensure it meets project objectives and quality standards
• Stay updated with industry trends and inspire the team with new ideas and techniques

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong sense of creativity and innovation within the specific type of media
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills to meet tight deadlines
• Managerial skills, including delegating tasks
• Understanding of advertising regulations and legal responsibilities
• Ability to adapt to different styles and visions to fit clients’ guidelines
• Comfort with technology related to art as well as the latest production and art techniques
• Willingness to receive and implement feedback to improve designs
