Job Description
- Onboard new sellers onto the platform and assist them in setting up their accounts
- Provide ongoing support to sellers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Educate sellers on best practices for product listing optimization, pricing strategies, and marketing techniques
- Monitor seller performance metrics and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for seller needs and drive initiatives that enhance the seller experience
- Develop and manage relationships with sellers, and act as the link between sellers and our eB2B marketplace
- Manage sellers, negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to help sellers stay competitive
- Conduct regular performance reviews with sellers, offering feedback and recommendations for growth

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years' experience working in Account Management, Business Development of E-commerce, or relevant industries
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship development and management skills
- Proactive, confident and able to work under high pressure
