• Work closely with Game Product Owner to run live operations.
• Plan, design and execute a roadmap of time-limited in-game activities to drive engagement and revenue
• Leading the A/B Test effort to find out more insight, and share with others via presentation
• Observe player behavioral analytics and community discussions to create reports on game performance to iterate on and improve live operations strategy
• Prepare live ops related assets for in-game promotions and user acquisition campaigns

KNOWLEDGE

• Good knowledge of quantitative data;
• Graduated from universities that require Math, Statistical probability, Logic skill
• Knowledge about Games statistics & tracking
• Have a wide range of experience in different game genres
  Plus:
  Background in technical or programming
  Knowledge about the Mobile game market, game trending especially in the casual and puzzle genr

SKILLS

• Presentation Skill
• Fluent in Excel or similar tools
• At least 1,5 years experience in Analytics, statistical probability skill
• Statistic in casual games (hybrid monetization model)
• Chinese proficiency is a big plus
