Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing an overall organic acquisition strategy with particular emphasis on SEO & other growth channels like Youtube/social platforms.
• Support in identifying and prioritizing top opportunities to ensure alignment across product, content, and marketing teams through effective communication and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct experiments, perform A/B Tests to measure impact of content efforts and diagnose opportunities for optimization.
• Support content team in developing strategies and roadmap.
• Review and audit our assets (main websites) to propose potential content and code optimization. Analyse competitor websites to find the gaps.
• Leverage SEO tactics to identify key market trends and opportunities to create exposure and drive demand online.
• Work with product and tech teams to implement schema mark-ups and product changes catering to organic growth.
• Effectively use SEO tools like Keyword Tools, SEO Moz, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Screamingfrog etc. to identify technical issues & opportunities.
• Gather insights and measure the effectiveness of on-site and off-site SEO activities. Work with and manage organic growth executives to achieve the targets through coaching and mentoring.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of SEO practical experience.
• Have experience and knowledge in On Page Optimization, Off Page Link Building, Keyword Research, Content Strategy, Social Media Buzz, Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, and Technical Web Analysis.
• Have Practical experience in link building and SEO optimization. Strong knowledge of link-building tactics and SEO tools (Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush, Majestic).
• Ability to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of link-building activities. Capability to analyze competitor link profiles and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ability to collaborate with the content team to develop high-quality content that naturally attracts links. The ability to create valuable resources and content, such as research reports, infographics, and guides, to encourage sharing and linking.
• Ability to analyze results and visualize the outcome of SEO campaigns.
• Ability to drive execution and delivery of initiatives. Consistently HBML: Hypothesize, Build, Measure, Learn.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Planning and implementation skills for effective link-building campaigns.
• Project management skills to manage input and output of any relevant SEO campaign, liaising with in-house or external agency personnel.
• Good knowledge of Google products such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Keyword Planner.
• Good English written and verbal communication skill is a must.
