Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to ensure the company's financial stability.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Oversee the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or ACCA Preffered
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and other relevant accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical standards.
