• Education: Degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in an administrative or purchasing assistant role, ideally within the beauty or consumer goods industry.

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent data entry and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Knowledge of import/export processes (a plus).
