Mô tả Công việc Position Summary: To operate a high productive office at budgeted cost emphasizing sales efforts on the serviced residence and to maximize the development of business source and stabilize existing source. To implement serviced residence marketing plan, pertinent corporate marketing and sales activity plans . Responsibilities: 1. Make recommendations to the Regional General Manager in matters pertaining to the development and execution of marketing programs for Serviced Residence 2. Assess marketing needs and monitor sales office administration and effectiveness 3. Solicit maximum business from all market segments 4. Make sales calls on major key accounts, locally and overseas if necessary 5. Meet occupancy, average rate and profits of all Ascott properties - thorough planning, guidance and training of the sales personnel 6. Interpret marketing policies, procedures and programs to the Management and sales personnel 7. Co-ordinate plans for sales coverage outside South and the country 8. Review rate recommendations to ensure a competitive position and maximize revenue production 9. Counsel marketing communications on quality, content and usage of locally produced sales promotion materials 10. Secure timely public relations support for execution of the marketing programs of Ascott properties - South Vietnam 11. Be responsible for all promotional and marketing activities outlined in the marketing plan 12. Prepare annual budget for the sales and marketing office, advertising and sales promotion, and monitor expenses/budget comparison on a monthly basis 13. Review performance evaluation and objectives of sales staff 14. Maintain appropriate membership and attend industry functions as representative of Ascott properties - South Vietnam 15. Assess training needs of the sales staff and establish appropriate training programs for staff development 16. Prepare monthly report of activities and result which includes sales results, share of market, market trend, competitive activity and forecast report to be submitted to the Regional General Manager 17. Maintain awareness of competition 18. Meet regularly with operating department heads through department heads meeting to review sales efforts and to ensure smooth co-operation in the coordination of the apartment's service 19. Perform any and all other assignments as directed by the ManagementYêu Cầu Công Việc - Qualification: Male, female.
