JOB SUMMARY In charge of employees' end-to-end journey as HR Business Partner for Operations, Administration and Cocoa Sourcing functions (only employees under Manager level) cum Learning and Development specialist for company learning & development activities. 1. Operations HRBP (60%) • Coordinate between HR experts and factory employees to maintain high engagement, productivity and effectively • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership to develop solutions, programs and policies. • Manages and resolves employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations in factory. • Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. • Works closely with employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. • Support during People Performance, Talent Review process. 2. Learning And Development (40%) • Work closely with functions to conduct training need analysis for business units; • Conduct or facilitate required and recommended training sessions; • Work with vendors and thirds-party training providers for employee development and training events; • Ensure all training expenses are kept in line with the Training budget, adjusting planned expenses / actions in line with changing requirements • Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results 3. Other tasks as required such as internal communication, EVP and engagement activities etcJOB COMPETENCIES & SKILLS Competencies and skills Academic/professional qualification Bachelor in HR or related fields such as Psychology, Legal, Administration etc Working experience: 3-5 years in related roles Foreign language ability Fluent English communication Computer literacy: Good in Microsoft Offices Other skills and knowledge • Good business acumen to understand the business and how HR can support its strategic goals • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with business partners, as well as active listening skills to understand employee needs. • Problem-solving skills to solve problems and find solutions to employee relations issues. • Understanding of employment law, benefits administration, and other HR practices is necessary. • Willing to work at factories and business travel if neededHealthcare Plan High-level insurance card and individuals and relatives Training Staff training and development Laptop Laptop
