The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the sales and marketing organizations within the company. By understanding the industry and economic trends, you will be able to accurately forecast for the teams and lead the teams' strategies for success.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies to achieve business and sales goals
- Provide coaching to sales managers on the company's sales strategies
- Conduct market surveys, analyze consumer trends (both online and offline), evaluate competitors' market share to identify opportunities and challenges, and adjust business strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with relevant departments to design the layout, identify suitable product categories, and strategically assign tenants to maximize space utilization
- Develop detailed plans on pricing strategies, tenant incentives, and marketing programs to attract new tenants and maintain current lease agreements
- Establish performance metrics for leasing, monitor the leasing process, evaluate annual occupancy rates, and ensure financial goals are met
- Identify potential tenants, categorize and analyze different tenant groups, and implement customer service programs to strengthen tenant relationships
- Inspect and maintain tenant quality throughout the leasing process, ensuring brand image, product offerings, designs, and construction meet the center’s criteria and timelines
- Build a plan for replacing tenants in active projects to maintain high occupancy rates and rental income for each shopping center
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant area
- 10+ years' managing teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
