Mô tả công việc
- Contribute to the Guest’s Total Satisfaction and food revenue achievement of the hotel.
- Responsible for the maintenance of all equipments and materials in his work area.
- Control the hygiene in his work areas, equipments and materials.
- Check the consumption of the ordered goods.
- Control the cost of his production.
- Maintain the food cost mentioned by the Executive Chef.
- Develop positive attitude on his/her workstation as job skills, knowledge and creativity of the staff.
- Provide them the basis of working knowledge of Pastry in a kitchen in order to increase their qualification and culinary knowledge.
- Respect the needs and individuality of the staff
- Develop their self-confidence
- Training of the staff in bakery skills
- Control the daily operation of the workstation.
- Develop kitchen staffs’ skills on delegation.
- Work and communicate closely with the Executive and Sous Chef

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or equivalent at five star Luxury Brands
- Experience in fine dining environment, healthy and vegetarian food and Patissery
- Extremely creative with strong service skills and demonstrated ability to energize a diverse team of culinary professionals
- Effective Leadership & Time Management skills
