Product Knowledge:

Train and ensure the sales team is well-informed about product features and benefits.
Training, QA/QC:
Design and conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team remains updated on industry trends, eSim technology advancements, and competitive offerings.
Establish and enforce quality standards for B2C sales processes to ensure consistency and excellence in customer interactions.
Conduct regular audits of sales activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.Fluent English is a must.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven 2-3 years of experience in B2C sales leadership, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
