1.進行全面性的能源監測，對水、電、煤、天然氣及綠電等多種能源進行評估與分析。
2.配合MES（製造執行系統）進行產能評估，確保生產過程中的能源使用與產能之間的最佳平衡。
3.制定並實施節能措施規劃，包括設備汰換及導入新技術等，以提高工廠的能源效益。
4.研究能源市場趨勢，提出能源管理方面的專業建議，以確保公司在能源使用上的最佳效能。
5.協調與各部門合作，推動節能意識，提高員工能源節約意識，促進整體能源效益的提升。
6.定期進行能源成本分析，提供相應報告，並提出改善建議，以降低工廠的能源成本。

1. Conduct comprehensive energy monitoring, assessing and analyzing various energy sources such as water, electricity, coal, natural gas, and green energy.
