I. JOB DISCRIPTION
1. Product Development Support:
- Assist Product Managers and Designers in the product development process from ideation through production.
- Support the creation and updating of product specifications, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
- Track project timelines and milestones, ensuring each phase stays on schedule and within budget.
2. Cross-functional Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between design, engineering, sourcing, QA/QC, production, sale and marketing teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate communication between teams to resolve any product-related issues that may arise.
- Assist in coordinating sample production and quality checks with vendors or suppliers as neededCollect, analyze, and synthesize customer feedback, reviews, and behavioral data to uncover insights that inform new product ideation.
3. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to inspect products for consistency and adherence to specifications.
- Address quality issues promptly, working with suppliers and manufacturers to implement necessary adjustments.
- Maintain an up-to-date record of product specifications, compliance documents, and testing results.
4. Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain organized records of all product development activities, timelines, and related documentation.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports on the status of each product in the development pipeline.
- Track key metrics related to product performance, quality, and market feedback, identifying areas for improvement.
5. Inventory and Supplier Management:
- Coordinate with suppliers to track product orders, monitor inventory levels, and manage shipping logistics.
- Assist in vendor relationship management, addressing any supply chain issues that impact product timelines.
- Work with procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective ordering of product components.

II. REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Design, or a related field.
- Understand and know the process of product development.
- Nice to have: good understanding of reality in manufacturing.
- Experience in Product Marketing/ Market Research/ Product Development/ Category Management or similar roles.
- E-commerce knowledge, furniture domain is preferable.
2. Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of product lifecycle processes and manufacturing standards.
- Basic understanding of quality control and compliance standards.
- “Going the extra mile” spirit, you always want to reach beyond your limit.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
3. Experience
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a product coordination, product development, or related role, preferably within a manufacturing or retail environment.
- Experience and deep understanding about furniture products.
