SCOPE OF WORK:
Customer Service Officer will be overall responsible for the day to day operations of the counter area as well as front office area Customer Service Officer is the connection between residents and property managers;
Daily tasks:

Support residents/ tenants to register water usage norms;
Control guests in and out of the building Issue security card contractor card, note information in daily work tracking book and report;
Immediately report to the manager or technical department all abnormal phenomena, risks, or insecurity that could cause fire explosion;
Keep tracking of the cases until it is resolved;
Do the cashier’s tasks if required;
Assist residents/ tenants with temporary residence registration with local authorities if required;
Receive and timely transfer external phone calls to the individual or department involved;
Maintain clean and tidy workplace;
Track and update residential information;
Receive and deliver mail magazines packages to residents or resident&039;s mailbox;
Verify and confirm the property movement registration in out from residents/ tenants;
Provide basic project information if required;
Coordinate with other departments such as accounting, engineering, hygiene and security;
Follow residents’ repair request;
Assist residents to call taxi express delivery service;
Receive all complaints/ requests from residents and forward to relevant department or report directly to line manager;

Report:

Daily checklist for front office;
Daily task notes;

Other tasks:

Coordinate with other departments in daily activities and events, etc;
Perform all other duties assigned by line manager;

Completed college and university degrees in fields related to administration, human resources, and hospitality management.
Efficiently handling information while using the phone.
An attractive and vibrant appearance, demonstrating professionalism
English is a must (Advanced in communication),Japanese proficiency is advantageous
Honest, careful, meticulous, hardworking, and working with a high sense of responsibility.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the fields of archiving, administration, or reception.
Proficient in office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
