- Internal Financial Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance
- Business transformation project:
- Communicate with multiple internal teams (Sale, Logistics, marketing,...) to understand and gather the initial requirements
- Analyze requirements or ideas, and propose suitable approaches by descripting process, logic, data flow, timeline, template,...
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and control issue
- Work closely with the development team in project planning, product developing, testing, and user training
- Contribute to financial model preparation, business plan, performance evaluation
- Other tasks requested by the line manager
