Mô tả công việc
Follow up, control production and delivery plan
- Receive new order / arrange and plan material for new order
- Check stock with the same detail and change information for using stock
- Control and handle problems in the production process to take timely measures to meet the delivery schedule
- Coordinate with production department to solve the problem about product and find out the solution
- Make new Po and contact with Planning team
- Make PI, check price for new PO
- Check email and reply to Vendor everyday , solve all problem of Vendor order within day
- Contact with FWD if need to ship by ocean / truck for local and ship out
- Make request payment for ocean fee /Air fee/ truck fee/test fee
