Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide insights for business decisions.
• Conduct full lifecycle analysis, including requirements, activities, and design.
• Develop analysis and reporting capabilities and monitor performance and quality control plans for improvements.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business problems and formulate data-driven approaches for resolution.
• Master data structures and processing rules for the assigned function(s).
• Visualize data using reporting/dashboard tools and techniques, ensuring availability, quality, and accuracy of reporting.
• Identify areas for potential simplification/automation and implement these changes.
• Document and follow existing processes for reporting and data quality management.
• Continuously research and improve to become a subject matter expert on data repositories and analytic solutions.
• Communicate effectively with non-technical/technical peers and provide ad-hoc data and analytics support to the business.
  
  

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics working closely with business functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, ETL tools, and Visualization tools.
• Experience with Power BI, Azure Synapse, Azure Analysis Services, Azure Data Factory, Azure Fabric, and Azure Open AI is a plus.
• Experience with Python/R programming is a plus.
• Inherent curiosity about data with a strong desire to keep up to date with the latest developments in analytics, visualization, and machine learning.
• Ability to communicate with non-technical/technical peers.
