Our client is a global MNC specialising in health and security services and is a global leader in its field, with an established presence in Vietnam. They are looking to grow their business expanding into energy and renewable, Technology and Semi-conductor manufacturing sectors. This is an exciting lead role with growth prospects.
Job Description
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dynamic leader to drive business growth in Vietnam with a global leader specializing in health and security services. This role presents a unique chance to influence and expand the company's presence in key sectors such as energy, renewables, technology, and semiconductor manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Strategy: Provide strategic leadership and operational management for business operations in Vietnam. Collaborate with professionals and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality and profitable service delivery.
- Business Development: Lead efforts in expanding the company's client base. Manage existing accounts while pursuing new business opportunities to support financial and operational success.
- Budget Management: Develop and monitor budgets in alignment with company directives. Ensure fiscal responsibility across all areas of responsibility.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively manage relationships with commercial teams, professionals, and operational staff. Coordinate with partners, clients, and management teams to drive business success.
- Commercial Strategy: Formulate and execute strategies to expand the company's solution portfolio, aligning with overall strategic growth plans.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support Business Development Managers and Directors. Drive sales initiatives and oversee performance metrics including profit margins, EBIT, and working capital.
- Staff Management: Focus on staff retention, development, and productivity improvements. Recruit top talent and foster a high-performance culture.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in P&L and general management roles within a leading multinational company, particularly across B2B industry sectors.
- Skills: Proven track record in sales and business development with international experience. Strong commercial acumen and cultural sensitivity, particularly within the Vietnamese market.
- Leadership: Excellent people management skills with experience in recruiting, developing, and motivating teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and complex environment.
- Personal Attributes: Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving results. Strong communicator and networker, able to navigate a multicultural and matrix organisation effectively.
