Responsibilities:
- Receive and process special requests from VIP customers.
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies.
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align customer loyalty programs with overall business goals.
- Develop and Implement Customer Loyalty Programs.
- Coordinate with customer service to resolve issues promptly and improve customer experience.
- Measure the effectiveness of customer loyalty programs and make necessary adjustments.

Requirement:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret customer behavior data.
- Superb communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
