•Analyze processes continuously to identify improvement opportunities, and co- operate with other teams for productivities improvement
•Plant overall capacity monitoring and request for needed investment
•Training to related staffs related IE field
•Quoting process for new projects: mainly responsible for defining processes, manufacturing cost, investment, and materials scrap calculation...
•Create/maintain routing for items in SAP, include Process sequence, material allocation, tools assignment, Materials scrap rate maintenance, standard time by using CAPP knowledge (Global time standard database)
•Participate in Lean projects to apply lean concept in manufacturing

• Teamwork skills – able work in a team and confidently to show opinions
• Proficient in using CAD 2D skills, be able to read understand technical drawings for processes
• Be able to communicate in English in manufacturing
• Proficient in using office tools: Outlook, MS offices (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Problems solving and analytical skills – able to analyses data and information from different areas of the business and come up with a summarized conclusion and discussion
