Job Descriptions

Candidates do not have to have experience on all the tasks below, there will be trainings to new engineers to adapt with Synopsys design and flows.

Design circuit for Analog IPs like High Speed IOs, PLL, DLL, Bandgap, Clock trees, Calibration circuits... for Die to Die, UCIe, DDR, HBM, Serdes PHY of Synopsys.
Work closely with layout engineer to make sure layout quality. Perform post layout verifications.
Design analysis and solve problems of noise, margin, signal integrity, power integrity.
Complete all design quality checks and data quality checks
Do design reviews across global team
Work with digital/system engineer to integrate analog designs into mixed signal system. Perform mixed signal verification which combining both analog and digital blocks.
Design test chip architecture to test analog designs.
Build up test cases and run tests in the Synopsys Laboratory to prove design work in silicon.
May join research programs to implement new ideas for future products and flows.
May lead a team to develop a completed design.
Training for junior engineers and interns

Skills Requirements:

BS/MS/PhD in Electronics Engineering, Electromechanics, Telecommunications.
5+ years of experience in Analog, Mixed Signal, Memory or Custom logic Circuit design.
Solid knowledge of CMOS Analog design knowledge and techniques
Solid skill with circuit design tools: SNSP Custom Designer or Cadence Virtuoso
Solid understanding circuit simulation tools: Hspice or Spectre or Custom Sim…
Solid understanding of layout effects on circuit performance.
Experienced with writing design review presentations and circuit verification reports
Is a plus: Have experience with High Speed PHY design, IO design, DLL/PLL designs.
Good English communication both verbally and in writing
Great team player, willing to support others.
Highly responsible, result oriented.
Self-motivated and highly enthusiasm in technology and solving problems
Leadership skill and experience is a plus

Năm 1999, CÔNG TY TNHH CJ VINA AGRI chính thức đầu tư dây chuyền sản xuất thức ăn chăn nuôi tại Việt Nam với tên gọi CJ Vina Agri. Năm 2001, CJ Vina Agri thành lập nhà máy đầu tiên tại Long An. Với mong muốn trở thành công ty sản xuất thức ăn chăn nuôi dẫn đầu thị trường Việt Nam, CJ Vina Agri đã không ngừng phát triển cả quy mô lẫn tầm vóc. Đến nay, CJ Vina Agri đã hoàn thiện quy trình chăn nuôi khép kín Feed – Farm – Food với tổng nhân sự hơn 5.000 người, cùng mạng lưới nhà máy, chi nhánh phân bố tại nhiều tỉnh thành Việt Nam.

Lịch sử thành lập

Năm 1999, Tập đoàn CJ chính thức đầu tư dây chuyền sản xuất thức ăn chăn nuôi tại Việt Nam với tên gọi CJ Vina Agri
Năm 2001, CJ Vina Agri khánh thành nhà máy đầu tiên tại tỉnh Long An với công suất 330.000 tấn/năm.
Năm 2006, Công ty bắt đầu mở rộng ra thị trường miền Bắc với việc khánh thành nhà máy Hưng Yên, công suất 130.000 tấn/năm. Thành lập CJ Vina Food (tiền thân của Livestock)
Năm 2007, Hoàn thành nhà máy tại Vĩnh Long với công suất 90.000 tấn/năm, chuyên sản xuất thức ăn chăn nuôi thủy sản.
Năm 2013, Trại heo đầu tiên được thành lập tại Bến Cát, Bình Dương. Trại gà giống đầu tiên được thành lập tại Bình Dương.
Năm 2015, Khánh thành nhà máy Thức ăn gia súc và thủy sản tại Đồng Nai với công suất 440.000 tấn/năm. Bộ phận Livestock Bắc tiến với trại heo đầu tiên tại Thanh Sơn, tỉnh Phú Thọ
Năm 2017, Khánh thành nhà máy tại Hà Nam với công suất 320.000 tấn/năm. Trại heo đầu tiên tại miền Trung được xây dựng tại Diên Khánh, Khánh Hòa
Năm 2018, Khánh thành nhà máy Bình Định với công suất 72.000 tấn/năm và nhà máy Thức ăn chăn nuôi gia súc và thủy sản Mê Kông với công suất 174.000 tấn/năm.
Năm 2019, CJ Vina Food đổi tên thành CJ Vina Agri - chi nhánh Bình Dương ngày 1/1/2019. Xưởng Pha lóc thịt heo được đưa vào hoạt động tháng 12/2019
Năm 2020, Khai trương cửa hàng thịt sạch Meat Master đầu tiên tại TP.HCM.
Năm 2021, CJ Vina Agri kỉ niệm cột mốc 20 năm thành lập. Khai trương cửa hàng thịt sạch Meat Master thứ 2 tại TP HCM, Khánh thành Xưởng pha lóc mới tại TP HCM, Khánh thành 3 kho trung chuyển heo tại Bình Dương, Đak Lak, Ninh Thuận.
