We are now seeking a talent to join our Intern Program. If you are a candidate to a business world and quicker learner, please come to share with us your skills and motivation.
Main responsibilities: Perform customer service-related tasks that are directed by the Manager and aligned with service standards, including but not limited to:
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Contact potential customers to inform them about our company, a product or service using scripts.
• Prepare presentation files and relevant documents for client meetings.
• Handle correspondence, back-up help-line service when needed and coordinate with Manager to response to clients.
• Filing & documentation.
• Handle other customer service/sales administration tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above in any field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Especially in Excel).
• Having Data-driven mindset.
• English fluency.
• Hard working, careful & be an active learner.
• Good communication & time management skills.

• Working time: 40 hours per week, 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.
• Salary, Bonus: as negotiation.
• After passing the internship period, a successful candidate will be considered to work with LK for a full-time position.
