● Seek and negotiate with suppliers and forwarders on pricing and delivery.
● Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
● Complete procedures and documents for the import of goods.
● Open customs declarations and check HS codes.
● Manage and monitor orders and contracts.
● Coordinate with related departments to ensure production schedules are met.
● Claim with suppliers if the goods do not meet quality standards.
● Handle other tasks as assigned by supervisors.● Female, aged 22 or older. Candidates with experience will be given priority;
● Bachelor's degree in Import-Export, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or relevant fields;
● Knowledge of import-export processes, customs laws, regulations, and types of goods;
● Familiarity with Incoterms;
● Proficiency in English is required;
