As a L&D Executive, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to analyze and conduct needs assessments to identify training objectives and evaluate their effectiveness, contribute to human development, and ensure the successful implementation of a product.

Designing and delivering training initiatives to ensure staff development and skill enhancement.
Craft and revise learning materials, guides, and reference documents to ensure up-to-date and effective training resources.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders or external vendors to identify training opportunities and create relevant training materials.
Conducting workshops, sharing sessions, activities to improve the overall knowledge of the team.
Implement data-driven methodologies for tracking employee performance and monitoring training progress.
Building a knowledge base for the company 's employees.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Education, Communication, or a related field
A minimum of 3 years experience in Learning & Development or equivalent
English: Advanced level
Product or industry-related experience is a plus
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases
Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of training
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to identify gaps in skills
