- Develop and Implement Training and Development Strategy
- Analyze the training needs of various departments.
- Design and implement training programs aligned with the company's goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Manage Training Team
- Recruit, train, and develop internal trainers.
- Guide and support the team in delivering training programs.
- Develop Training Materials and Content
- Design course materials, guides, and presentations.
- Update and improve training content based on feedback and new trends.
- Evaluate and Report
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Report training results and employee development to management.
- Support Employee Development
- Advise and support employees in setting personal development goals.
- Organize programs for developing soft skills and leadership.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree
- At least 3 years of experience in training & development
- Proficient in using MS Office, Video & Game design software for training
- Moderate at English
- Presentation, Training skills
- Communication, Negotiation skills
