1️⃣ WORKING LOCATION: WORK FROM HOME
2️⃣ WORKING TIME:
- Morning shift: 07:00 - 15:00
- Afternoon shift: 15:00 - 23:00
- Working schedule according to company arrangements
- Average working time 46.5 hours/week
- 2 days off/ week, 1 weekday and 1 weekend off.
3️⃣ WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support partners to handle order problems;
- Support customers using English, Korean and Vietnamese;
- Receive, investigate and resolve customer inquiries and complaints;
- Coordinate with departments in the company to support and solve customer problems, and improve the company's services;
- Manage and maintain customer information database;
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
4️⃣ REQUIREMENTS
- We only accept the CVs in English;
- English equivalent to Toeic 700-750, or IELTS 6.0-6.5 (fluent communication);
- Korean equivalent to Topik 3 (basic communication);
- Have a personal laptop;
- Good communication, self-discipline and responsibility for work;
- No experience is required, having experience is a plus;
- Age: Prefer under 25.
