Coordinate the secretarial team to support including: organize and prepare meeting agenda, taking minutes, handling correspondences, drafting emails and maintaining the filing system; Organize and manage Chairman’s calendar and appointments;
Arrange and coordinate internal and external business meetings and social events of attendance of Chairman;
Support Chairman, or/and Board of Directors in the field that you are specialized in management of business model, or/and consultancy of finance;
Assist in Chairman’s corporate, business and investment related activities, tasks and projects which include record keeping, liaison, coordination, scheduling, monitoring projects, research and analysis;
Translate documents/dispatches when dealing with foreign partners and make minutes of all meetings if attending;
Liaise with departments/sections as well as supporting them in solving related arising problems and matters;
Be prepared for field work, overtime and flexible working hours may be required;
Other tasks assigned by Chairman.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equal;
Experience in international business/financal industry is a prefer, and at least 3 years as a senior/executive assistant or in a similar role;
Excellent command of spoken and written English;
Well versed in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), word processing and familiar with modern device setting;
Fit and proper handling of confidential information is a must;
Good planning, strong project management skill
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to work and be highly organized under pressure, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks;
