Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi project, located in the West of West Lake in Hanoi, is one of the invested projects of LPH. The project includes a 5-star hotel, world-class serviced residence, prime grade intelligent office, shopping mall, and premium mart. The Lotte shopping mall is the first curated lifestyle mall in Vietnam, offering five floors of shopping, a cinema, a hypermarket, and an Aquarium in the Basement.

Lotte Eco Smart City is the next major project consulted by LPH. Lotte Eco Smart Thu Thiem is built according to the smart green living city model. The scale of the project will be a multi-functional complex including a high-end shopping centre, hotel, office for rent, tourist apartments, etc. The highlight of the project is the 50-storey building. This makes the project in the future when completed a new symbol in Thu Thiem New Urban Area.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh city for a Leasing Supervisor of Lotte Eco Smart City. The Mall Leasing Supervisor is responsible for market analysis and executing the leasing strategies for Lotte Eco Smart City shopping mall. This includes market researching, floor & concept planning and maintaining strong relationships with potential tenants:

• To set up store concept, target customers, floor plans, tenancy mix, differentiation strategy, specialized areas for the LOTTE ECO SMART CITY THU THIEM project.
• To research and report on market trends, new content, and competitor analysis as references for the LOTTE ECO SMART CITY THU THIEM project
• To build relationships with potential tenants for future leasing activities

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of working experience in the leasing department of major shopping malls in HCM City
• Understanding of Vietnam retail market & trends, ability to set up store concepts, store positioning, floor plans, tenancy mixes, and differentiation strategies based on market research and findings
• Understanding of shopping mall business model, profit structure, and tenant leasing process
• Leadership skills, experience in efficiently managing a team
• Experience in opening new retail project (required abilities : setting up store concept, tenant mix, area design etc.)
