• Represent the company in meetings with partners and clients in Vietnam and Malaysia.
• Participate in branding and implement marketing programs (offline and online) tailored to each market.

2. Team Management and Operations in Malaysia:

• Act as the main point of contact to supervise and support the existing team in Malaysia.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate team performance.
• Ensure all operations in Malaysia align with the company’s strategies and proceed on schedule.

3. Business Service Expansion and Optimization:

• Collaborate with departments to develop and launch new products/services.
• Assess the effectiveness of current services and propose upgrades or removal if unsuitable.
• Proactively seek strategic partnerships to enhance service value.

4. Business Operation and Management:

• Develop short-term and long-term business plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Manage budgets and optimize costs for business activities in both markets.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations in Vietnam and Malaysia, as well as internal company policies.
• Propose measures to improve work processes and enhance operational efficiency.
