Elitez Asia Vietnam is subsidiary of Elitez Asia Group - a regional human resource company founded in Singapore in 2010. Our Group provides reliable full-suite HR solutions for clients in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam. Due to our growing business in Vietnam, we are seeking for Senior Recruitment Consultant in Hanoi & HCMC with requirements as below:

Duties:

• Develop and Execute a comprehensive Recruitment & Business Development strategy that aligns with Elitez’s vision, mission, and business objectives in the Recruitment / HR Solutions Industry.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of client prospect opportunities, managing the end-to-end deal process from prospecting to negotiation and execution.
• Curate and hone an end of end recruitment methodology to suit each talent acquisition process
• Maintaining healthy prospective leads to ensure continuity of new business introduction
• Maintaining healthy workpot to ensure targeted revenue streams are consistently met
• Maintaining healthy candidate activities and meet conversion ratios
• Subject Matter Expert in at least 1 core Industry / Function and familiar with general industries & common functions within each specialized division

Requirements:

• Possess Bachelor Degree or its equivalent in Human Resource, Business studies
• Ability to communicate and correspond effectively in English for business related matters
• Motivated to deliver excellent customer experience and profitability for business unit
