Mô tả Công việc
- Sourcing and Purchase required Products/Services based on Business Lines requirement and Company requirement.
- Ensure best buy Products/Services included all perspectives: Price, Quality, Availability and Sustainability.
- Build long-term relationships with existing vendors/suppliers as well as research, develop and manage new potential vendors/suppliers.
- Continuous improvement in total cost through Price negotiation, Competitive bidding, Volume consolidation, Material alternative…achieve the Department's target.
- Secure the implementation of Procurement Policy and all purchasing activities to be complied with Intertek CMC (Company Core Mandatory Control)
- Other jobs assigned by Team Leader, Line Manager or the Company.
- Monitoring approved budgets, cost analyses, and maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data in Purchasing System.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- BSc/ BA in Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Always maintain the highest ethical standards and integrity.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Procurement process, Import/Export process, Policy, and systems.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as Procurement Officer or related position.
- Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
