***Definition of the job: HR Officer in charge of control the time attendance & Overtime of the whole company and maintain the policy regarding to this process to ensure the productivity of labor workforce.

***Responsibility:
- Handle importing & assigning working shifts on HR system to control Time attendance of employee
- Record of employee's leave on HR system
- Record Over time & double check on matching between real working time & request OT time from employee and control the Overtime
- Communicate with departments to finalize the Time attendance record weekly & monthly
- Manage finger print machines, contact to IT for support when having technical issues.
- Assist on running & managing issue related to Biostar software when happened
- Manage directly with supplier to maintain Cadena Software to ensure smoothly in controlling attendance of employee
- Implement the standard timekeeping policy and ensuring compliance between departments
- Explain/answer employee's question regarding to their attendance record
- Report about labor working hours for Finance weekly
- Assist on employee evaluation in the end of probation and renewal contract
- Manage hard copy of probation contract, labor contract, appendix
- Provide timely the Time Attendance record to HR Sup for Payroll process
- Guide on resignation procedures and exit interview to employee at their working location
- Participate in organization of company activities for employees.
- Reports and perform other tasks assigned by HR Supervisor and HR Manager.
