As a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, your role will be pivotal in deploying Advanced Product Quality Planning activities with suppliers during both pilot and mass production phases. You will be instrumental in facilitating the use of Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, and various statistical tools for quality improvement projects. Your expertise will be crucial in developing FMEA, Control plans, Measurement system analysis. You will also play a key role in resolving quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans. Your ability to analyse assessment results will drive continuous improvement within the organisation.
The ideal candidate for the Senior Supplier Quality Engineer position brings a wealth of experience in the supplier quality field. With a BS Technical Degree or above, you have spent at least 5 years honing your skills in this area. Your familiarity with statistical quality control tools such as FMEA, gage R&R, SPC etc., is complemented by your international operations experience and foreign language skills. Your operational experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment has equipped you with the ability to develop, review, and enforce engineering standards. A GB or BB certification would be an added advantage.

- Deploy Advanced Product Quality Planning activities with suppliers during pilot and mass production.
- Facilitate and promote the use of Six Sigma, Lean, and statistical tools for quality improvement projects.
- Establish a structured approach with suppliers for consistency and adherence to quality procedures.
- Develop Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Control plans, Measurement system analysis.
- Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans.
- Analyze assessment, test, and inspection results to determine root cause of failures and non-conformities.
- Work closely with service providers on surveillance audits for suppliers and sub-tier suppliers.
- Follow up on non-conforming results from supplier audits, during-process inspection, pre-shipment inspection.
- Manage service providers and ensure compliance to relevant requirements.
- Use data base for analysis actions focus and develop quality improvement plan.

- Operational experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Experience with engineering standards development, review, and enforcement
- GB or BB certification is preferred
- Ability to work in cross-functional & global team environment

Lịch sử thành lập
- Năm 1982: khởi nghiệp từ hai tổ hợp sản xuất Bình Tiên và Vạn Thành tại đường Bình Tiên, quận 6, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh với 20 công nhân, chuyên sản xuất các loại dép cao su đơn giản.
- Năm 1986: 2 tổ hợp tác sáp nhập lại thành Hợp Tác Xã cao su Bình Tiên hoạt động tại quận 6, chuyên sản xuất các loại dép, hài, tiêu thụ trong nước và xuất khẩu sang các nước Đông Âu và Tây Âu.
- Năm 1990: Hợp tác xã Cao su Bình Tiên đầu tư mới hoàn toàn công nghệ của Đài Loan và sản xuất sản phẩm mới (giày dép xốp EVA) để tăng tính cạnh tranh với hàng ngoại nhập.
- Năm 1991: thành lập công ty liên doanh Sơn Quán - đơn vị liên doanh giữa Hợp tác xã Cao su Bình Tiên với công ty SunKuan Đoài Loan - chuyên sản xuất hài, dép xuất khẩu. Đây là Công ty liên doanh đầu tiên giữa một đơn vị kinh tế tư nhân Việt Nam với một Công ty nước ngoài (thời hạn 18 năm).
- Năm 1992: Hợp tác xã Cao su Bình Tiên chuyển thể thành Công ty Sản xuất Hàng tiêu dùng Bình Tiên (Biti's); chuyên sản xuất dép xốp các loại, xăng-đan thể thao, giày da nam nữ, giày thể thao, giày tây, hài,... tiêu thụ trong và ngoài nước.
- Năm 1995: thành lập công ty TNHH Bình Tiên Đồng Nai (Dona Biti's)
- Năm 2000: thành lập văn phòng đại diện tại Vân Nam, TQ
- Năm 2001: Biti's được tổ chức BVQI và QUACERT cấp giấy chứng nhận đạt tiêu chuẩn hệ thống quản lý chất lượng quốc tế ISO 9001: 2000.
- Năm 2002: thành lập trung tâm thương mại Biti's Tây Nguyên
- Năm 2005: thành lập Trung tâm Thương mại Biti's Miền Bắc.
- Năm 2006: thành lập Trung tâm Thương mại Biti's Lào Cai
- Năm 2006: thành lập Trung tâm Kinh doanh Biti's Đà Nẵng
