Conduct lead generation and prospecting to create new opportunities (EU Market)
Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings face to face, online or over the phone
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients/customers
Provide a regular report of sales opportunities
Coordinate with other team to create timely high-standard proposal, demo, contract, and invoice to the client
Plan, monitor and evaluate sales results to improve performance
Develop innovative and creative sales methods
Be proactive in developing & maintaining the required level of knowledge in bespoke software solutions, cloud, mobile app and new technologiesFluency in verbal and written English is required. Being able to use German, Dutch or French is an advantage
Can travel for business as required
At least 1 years of experience in the field of ITO;
Driven to acquire high commission
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Working experience in IT industry, project manager or product owner position is preferred
Familiar and comfortable with technology.
Enthusiastic, passionate, be prepared to seize opportunities and challenges as well
