1. Project Management

Responsible for the project management of variants on the current production’s lines for Sonion Vietnam. The project manager will work closely with the Application Engineer and Product Engineer in the Netherlands to drive innovation, optimize time to market, product quality.

* Manage projects which develop new variants for Sonion Vietnam.

* Participate in the development process for assigned projects with focus on time to market, cost minimization, and product quality.

* Compile project plans. Regularly updates on project status to management, the project team, and other stakeholders.

* Monitor and control progress of projects to provide technical overview.

* Work closely with Application Engineer, Product Development Engineer, Production Engineer on product manufacturability, assembly, inspection etc. Responsible for the overall management of automation projects developed for productions lines installed in Sonion. The project manager will work closely with the EE team / IND department and NPI Engineers to drive innovation, optimize project duration, increase project efficiency by compressing the timeline.

* Manage projects which develop new equipment for current production.

* Participate in the development process for assigned projects with focus on time to equipment installation, project cost minimization, and to secured proper project quality.

* Compile project plans. Regularly updates on project status to management, the project team, and other stakeholders. * Monitor and control progress of projects to provide technical overview.

* Work closely with Program Manager, Production Engineer on manufacturability assembly process and Quality Engineer to secure right product quality, R&D in case process / product change.

* Request in advance proper resources based on project needs.

2. Production Engineer

Product launches by implementation of new processes/operations in production, based on R&D documentation and equipment/tooling provided by Industrialization

* Take charge of pilot production based on R&D documentation and equipment/tooling provided by SE.

* Participate in new product feasibilities investigation and proposal

* Prepare technical instruction documentation for pilot production

* Validation production line and/or equipment before mass production Product launches by implementation of new processes/operations in production, based on R&D documentation and equipment/tooling provided by Industrialization

* Take charge of pilot production based on R&D documentation and equipment/tooling provided by SE.

* Participate in new product feasibilities investigation and proposal

* Prepare technical instruction documentation for pilot production

3. Production Engineer

Support new product and process development

* Execute tests in production environment based on experiments design by R&D Support new equipment and process development

* Execute tests in production environment based on experiments design EE team / IND or external suppliers / partners.
