Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute integrated marketing strategies that align seamlessly with the company's overarching business goals.
- Orchestrate and oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns across a diverse mix of digital and offline channels.
- Take full ownership of brand positioning, crafting compelling messaging, and guiding the overall content direction.
- Drive comprehensive market research and competitor analysis initiatives to pinpoint new avenues for growth and market expansion.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance metrics using data insights and established KPIs.
- Partner closely with Sales, Performance, and Creative departments to guarantee strategic alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Exercise prudent management of marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource utilization and cost efficiency.
- Pioneer innovative marketing proposals designed to boost brand visibility and capture a larger market share
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline;
- From 5 years of proven professional experience.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in navigating digital advertising platforms and utilizing advanced tracking tools.
- Possess strong analytical capabilities, with a proven track record in data analysis and performance optimization.
- Exhibit a strategic, innovative, and results-oriented mindset, coupled with a highly proactive and professional approach to problem-solving.
- Have a solid, working understanding of the healthcare industry landscape.
- Prior experience working within a Korean corporate environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment that requires adaptability, frequent meetings.
