- Main responsibility to work with R&D, NPI team to have review on design, DFMEA, customer's requirement
- Participate the prototype trial, engineering builds;
- Lead the Pilot build, work on testing plan for qualification new products Involve discuss with customer for their voice and continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
- Lead NPD projects from design to customer ensure avoid quality issues as much as possible;
- Setup processes for IPQC including preparation of quality control plan, sampling plan, process audit, FAI (first article inspection), non-conforming product disposition, data collection and analysis, etc
- Support problem solving/troubleshooting in mass production. Carry out experimentation, process capability studies or other technical evaluation to improve yield and quality
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet delivery schedules and production goals, while actively maintaining the expected level of quality
- Work closely with CQA and SQA to coordinate customer complaints to drive effective corrective and preventive actions from relevant functions, and verify effectiveness of error avoidance and sustainability
- Maintain and continuously improve TTI quality management systems.
