Responsibilities

Responsibility 1: Lotte Mart Wine and Spirit Category Supporting

- Ensure daily, and monthly tasks are fulfilled.

- Manage the performance of the in-charge subcategory effectively in terms of sales, profit, commission, rotation days, inventory, promotion, product assortment, quality of products, planning, and allocation.

- Manage the in-charge sub-category’s Vendor through negotiating and cooperating in the trading terms, pricing, promotion, activations, and other to ensure strategic cooperation as well as ensure the performance of the charge category.

- Cooperate with related teams (GS, PB, POG, Product team, MKT, OPD, etc.) to source, develop new products, and optimize the in-charge category structure.

Responsibility 2: Bottle Bunker (BTBK) Project Handling

- Manage and develop the 4000++ SKUs portfolio of Wine/Spirit/Beer/Accessories/…

- Seasonal/Monthly planning in detail or special events for BTBK

- Following Market trends to do Strategic Planning to attract Customers.

- Update Product information /build up and manage the monthly theme with wine/spirit expectations (Bottle Bunker store team’s sommeliers)

- Cooperate with relating teams on POG/VMD/Online and another related department to make sure the task is done.

- Preparation for New product launching (QA or legal document checking – Related paper forming – following the product plan of team leader/sommeliers)

Responsibility 3: Reporting

Timely and complete reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc) as assigned.

Qualifications

Academic Level: Bachelor

Major: Economics, Business Administration

- 1-3 years working experience in retail industry and related category (Beer/Wine/Spirit)

- Have knowledge of in charge category (Wine/Spirit/Beer)

- Have knowledge and experience of working for FMCG or wine/spirit supplying (importing) companies
