OBJECTIVES
- Talent acquisition at Amanotes is a priority, so we need someone who has the passion and desire to make an impact, and understands the importance of hiring the best. Deep partnership and understanding of the business is at the core of our talent acquisition team philosophy. To do that, we need to understand what great talent and great work look like and we accomplish this through our personalized approach to recruiting.

- Talent Acquisition:
- Drives full-cycle recruiting for across teams: collect & validate hiring requests from stakeholders, sourcing, interview & selection, onboarding
- Build strong talent pipelines for critical positions (for current and future hiring needs)
- Understand talent trends in the market and competitors to develop differentiating, targeted sourcing strategies
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business operations and the capability challenges to have more insights for hiring the best-fit candidates, improve recruiting processes and metrics
- Support projects related to the Talent Acquisition department
- Employer Branding:
- Build Employer Value Propositioning (EVP) that in line with Amanotes vision, mission and culture as well as our business strategies
- Promote EVP through different activities both outside and insides: including recruitment marketing campaigns, career site, campus branding...
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Internal communications, Learning & Development, and others) to communicate Amanotes' EVPs effectively to employees and potential candidates in appealing manner
- Understand our targeted candidate segment to support better hiring in games industry
- Talent Acquisition:
- Experience working in games industry is a big plus
- Experience working in Product / Tech Company is a plus
- Have experience working with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Proficiency with various sourcing tools (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, Github) and advanced sourcing skills, including understanding search strings and identifying candidates outside of traditional sourcing platforms
- Ability to manage talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment with big ambition
- Strong ability to leverage data and market insights to inform stakeholders on trends, challenges and opportunities in order to influence decision-making
- Can work independently as well as work well in a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- Keen to provide a great candidate experience
- Be self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented, taking initiative and follow-through
- Have growth mindset, continuous learning
- Employer Branding:
- Domain knowledge: Employer Branding fundamentals, Talent Attraction, Partnerships, Event Management…
- Excellent communication in both written and verbal communication, and in both English and Vietnamese
- Have proven experience in Employer Branding activities
