Boost sale
- Establish an implementation plan
- Manage sales processes
- Boost sales of month/ quarter/ year
Data management
- Reports, analysis, make recommendations: Business index (APT, UPT…), commodity index, new & old customer data, retention rate, conversion rate
Operations Management
- Manage operating processes: operating standards
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Manage store image (VM)
Personnel managemen
- Recruiting, training and developing, motivating employees
- Manage attendance, shifts, schedule work
- Build a a professional culture and working environmentp
Customer relationship management
- Control customer experience
- Manage customer service process
- Survey customer satisfaction
- Search and expand client files
Merchandise Management
- Manage goods process: in/ out/ inventory……
- Evaluate goods at the store/ competitors/ market
- Buying
Other jobs as assigned by the Direct Manager
*** REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduating from college or higher
- At least 3 years management skills in luxury retail or similar qualifications/-
- English/ French/ Japanese or Chinese is an advantage-
- Experience in retail, cosmetic, executive management skills is an advantage -
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills-
