• Responsible for maintaining cashier float and ensures accurate daily report of all money received
• Responsible for giving all guests resort activities and information and suggest guest selling in outlet as well as a boutique shop
• Ensure all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner. Resolve customer complaints as your duties
• Responsible for guest’s requests and communicate with related departments to achieve guest satisfaction
• Always greet and assist all guests in friendly and helpful manner.
• Register all arrival rooms according to established procedures.
• Perform check in, check out and room change procedures and ensure all the data are fully entered correctly to hotel systems in accordance with reservation.
• Assist guest with currency exchange.
• Ensure all arrival villas is to be checked defect by related departments and follow up any issues
• Attends to guest’s complaints, inquiries and requests, referees’ problems to Front Office Supervisor/Duty Manager if he/she is unable to assist
• When on night shift, check night reports and prepare morning report along with all necessary preparations for guest arrival.
• Respond all the guest’s calls and assist guest’s requirements.
• Responsible in giving guests products views and selling products in boutique shop

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or equivalent education required.
• 1 year in resort of similar size
• Excellent in written and verbal communication
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Familiar to Smile and POS is a plus
• English or other language is preferred
• Statement of honest and no criminal record.

- Có 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương
- Kỹ năng sắp xếp và xử lý công việc tốt
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt
- Am hiểu luật Lao động, Luật liên quan HCNS
