JOB SUMMARY
Dedicated to take care of assigned departments assistance tasks
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking for proactive and detail-oriented department assistant to support factory operations. The ideal candidate will assist with various back-office tasks, events, training, and employee engagement activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide assistance and support to foreign visitors, guests, and colleagues during their business trips to Vietnam.
- Maintain and update records for foreign guests visiting Vietnam, as well as Vietnamese staff traveling abroad for business.
- Arrange travel logistics such as booking flights, transportation, hotel accommodations, and restaurant reservations.
- Monitor and follow up on work permits, visas, and temporary residence cards for expatriates.
- Assist in organizing events (e.g., tours, dinners) for foreign guests.
- Handle payment processes, clear expenses, and prepare monthly administrative reports.
- Serve as a translator and interpreter for guests as needed.
- Communicate and coordinate with overseas departments when required.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education
College and above.
Major in Business Administration, English, Chinese or other related subjects.
Experience
Minimum 3 years in similar positions
Knowledge
Be able to comfortably use both English and Chinese
English: Verbal communication + Written
Chinese: Verbal communication + Reading + Typing
Functional Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Outlook)
Other Abilities
Excellent time management skill, have ability to prioritize work
Strong organizational skills especially multi-tasking
Attention to details and problem-solving skills
Helpful and friendly demeanor
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Work at Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park (Cu Chi, HCMC). We provide shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh, Binh Duong and Dong Nai.

- Có 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương

- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt
- Am hiểu luật Lao động, Luật liên quan HCNS
