* Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and talented HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will assist the HR department in supporting employee engagement activities, assisting with learning and development initiatives and other task in talent acquisition function. You will work closely with both the Culture & Engagement unit and Talent Acquisition unit to ensure that not only our employees but also our candidates are engaged, motivated, and have access to the necessary resources to help them succeed.
* Responsibilities:
Internal Communication and Talent Acquisition (30%):
- Assist with creating contents/ materials for various HR initiatives, including internal channel posts, social media posts, employee newsletters, HR training materials, job posts etc.
Employee engagement (30%):
- Assist with executing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, sports competitions, recognition programs, and employee surveys.
Learning & Development (30%):
- Support implementation of training and development programs such as sharing sessions, workshops, internal/external training courses and onboarding training sessions.
Admin (10%):
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, interviews scheduling, and filing.
