OPERATIONA
1. Ensure through effective supervision that all services offered at the Spa, Hydrothermal Garden, Health
Club, Gym and Gallery are carried out with utmost professionalism, efficiency and courtesy.
2. Oversee, supervise and monitor all facets of daily operations.
3. Participate and assist in the development of Job Description manuals for each position within department.
4. Interview, hire, train, supervise and evaluate all supervisors and associate of respective division.
5. Ensure all guests and visitors to the premises leave with a pleasant experience.
6. Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction through effective relations and inter-personal skills.
7. Conduct inspection tours of the premises.
8. Ensure facilities are clean and well maintained at all times.
9. Assist subordinates during peak periods and during shortage of manpower.
10. Maintain and promote an atmosphere of tranquility and peace in the premise areas at all times.
FINANCIAL
1. Participate and assist in a preparation of Annual Department Budget.
2. Ensure that expenses are in line or below Department’s Operational Budget and that costs are strictly
controlled.
3. Introduce improvements and adjustment to ensure the facility is cost-effective and profitable.
4. Responsible and accountable for the Profit & Loss of the outlet.
5. Able to analyze all financial key factors i.e. capture rate, number of guest, number of therapist, average
rate, therapist productivity in order to develop strategy to achieve budget.
MARKETING & PUBLIC RELATIONS
6. Attend sales and promotional events as appropriate and as directed.
7. Entertain regular and potential clients.
8. Maximize sales of in-house facility, merchandise, and products through effective promotion.
9. Create and present a marketable facility, merchandise display, and program, at all times.
10. Liaise with Head Office, Hotel and Corporate Sales & Marketing Communication departments.
11. Ensure that the Spa & Gallery had good awareness within hotel, local area, website and etc.
ASSOCIATE RELATIONS
12. Ensure all subordinates are punctual for duty and wear correct uniform with name tag at all times.
13. Ensure all subordinates project a professional image and pleasant disposition to enhance guests
experience at all times.
14. Build an efficient and productive team of associates by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety,
training and development, and through effective counseling.
15. Ensure that all associates have a complete understanding of policies, procedures, rules and regulations of
organization and hotel.
16. Conduct periodical evaluation of associates’ performance and take appropriate corrective measures for
improvements.
17. Interview new associates in liaison with Human Resources Department.
18. Propose associates’ annual vacation and schedule Public Holidays off-in-lieu during off-peak periods.
19. Take appropriate disciplinary action against offenders who repeatedly violate company’s rules and
regulations, and policies and procedures.
20. Ensure that associates are hired according to requirements and specifications for an appropriate position.
TRAINING
21. Ensure that associates attend training to develop themselves, minimum 5 hours per associate per month.
22. Conduct orientation program and training courses for new associates and regular “refresher” courses for
existing associates. Ensure that new associates attend hotel’s orientation program before commencing
work as well.
23. Regularly update and improve training to reflect on current industry standards, trends and customers’
expectations.

ADMINISTRATION
24. Ensure that respective division’s monthly reports and correspondences are completed and punctually
and accurately.
25. Plan and effective schedule associate’s roster to maximize manpower resources.
INVENTORY
26. To review stock and propose strategies as well as implement the action plans in order to achieve effective
stock management
27. To monitor stock replenishment, re-order procedure and ensure out of stock situation is eliminated
28. To ensure stock control policy and procedure are strictly followed and monitor the accuracy of stock
transfer, RTV and other stock related documentation prepared by store and individual outlet
29. To ensure proper procedures between accounting and operations are executed in effective manner in the
area of coordination.
