Gohub is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible General Accountant to join our dynamic team. You’ll be in charge of the company’s accounting activities — from recording transactions to handling tax declarations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Accounting Entries: Record and process all accounting transactions in MISA software with accuracy and compliance with current regulations.
• Document Preparation: Prepare all necessary accounting documents such as payment/receipt vouchers, purchase/sales invoices, and bank transaction records.
• Invoice Issuance: Create and issue VAT invoices in accordance with Vietnamese tax regulations and internal requirements.
• Tax Declaration: Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly tax declarations (VAT, PIT), ensuring deadlines are met and data is accurate.
• Bank Payments: Handle banking transactions, verify and reconcile records with bank statements.
• Document Management: Organize and maintain accounting documents and records systematically for easy retrieval and audit purposes.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in MISA accounting software
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a high sense of responsibility
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work both independently and within a team
